Paralegal Services in Colombia - Erika McMinn

Erika is bilingual in Spanish and supports the firm fighting for the rights of employees involved in discrimination claims including race, age, gender, national origin, and disability discrimination.

Erika has always had a passion for working in law. Previously, she had taken several law courses from a University in her Country of origin, Colombia, where she graduated, with a Master’s Degree in Business. During her career, Erika has managed several successful corporations, and throughout her job accomplishments have demonstrated her strong attention to detail.

Erika will work cooperatively with the attorney and clients in all phases of litigation from inception through discovery and trial. She will provide administrative and legal support to the firm, including electronic filing and case management; assisting with drafting correspondence, pleadings, deposition preparation; and the day-to-day administrative needs of the firm.

As a native Spanish speaker with exceptional translation skills, Erika also provides assistance with the firm’s Spanish-speaking clientele.
